She completed secondary medical school in Subotica. From August 2008 to February 2009, she worked as a medical doctor in the General Medicine Service. From February 2009 to December 2014, she worked as a medical doctor in the Women’s and Children’s Health Care Service in Subotica, Department for Infants and Preschool Children, at the Subotica Health Center. From January 2015 to May 2019, she completed a specialist residency assigned by the Subotica Health Center, carried out at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad, Institute for Child and Adolescent Health Care of Vojvodina. Since May 2019, she has been working as a pediatrician in the Women’s and Children’s Health Care Service in Subotica, Department for Infants and Preschool Children, at the Subotica Health Center. In August 2020, she completed an ultrasound course in developmental disorders of the hip in infants in Belgrade, and since then has been regularly performing ultrasound examinations of the hips within the Women’s and Children’s Health Care Service in Subotica. In October 2020, she completed an ultrasound course of the abdomen and urinary tract in Belgrade. In October 2021, she completed an ultrasound course of the thyroid gland, parathyroid glands, and soft tissues of the neck. Since then, all three completed ultrasound courses have been actively applied in daily clinical practice within her primary service. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a basic knowledge of Hungarian.

She was born on March 29, 1957, in Vrginmost, Republic of Croatia, where she completed primary school. She graduated from the “Dr Ivan Ribar” Gymnasium in Karlovac, mathematics track. She completed her medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade, in 1982. She began her specialist residency in pediatrics at the University Hospital Center “Rebro” in Zagreb, where she spent 3.5 years. The final six months of her specialist training were completed at the Children’s Clinic, University Clinical Center Niš, where she passed the specialist examination in Pediatrics on July 14, 1992. From August 2, 1982, she was employed at the Health Center in Vrginmost, Republic of Croatia, where she worked until August 5, 1995. Since October 1995, she has been employed at the Children’s Dispensary in Subotica, where she continues to work today.

Prim. Dr. Mirjana Raičević was born in 1955 in Belgrade, where she completed her primary and secondary education, as well as her medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine, graduating with an average grade of 9.23. She obtained the title of specialist in pediatric surgery in 1987 and the title of specialist in neurosurgery in 1993. She earned the title of Primarius in 2005. In 2010, Prim. Dr. Mirjana Raičević completed an academic specialization in pediatric surgery at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, with the thesis entitled “A contemporary approach to the surgical treatment of intracranial hemorrhage in preterm newborns.” She has also completed a course in microsurgery. In 2010, Prim. Dr. Mirjana Raičević completed the course “Basic Intracranial Endoscopy.” She is a member of several European and international associations of pediatric surgeons and neurosurgeons.
